“好人有好报”(kind man will receive kind gaving )：哦，好人呀，不知道什么时候才能得到回报的，我不当好人;始终坚信，好人有好报，我要当好人;即使不能得到回报，我也要当好人，赠人玫瑰手留余香嘛，帮助别人也就是帮助自己嘛，帮助别人留给自己快乐和自信嘛。(同学们欢呼呀，第三种)

地理期中考试反思
本次考试虽然难道较低，但是整体还是考得不好，从考试成绩可以发现，班级的及格率不高，优秀率低，班级平均成绩也不太理想啊，跟期望中有很大的差距，在对学生答题情况进行分析时，发现有以下几个问题值得注意：
存在问题：
每一块试题中，一些平时上课认真的学生差不多都能拿到高分甚至满分，如选择题20道，还有第24，25题能拿满分也有许多，比较可惜的是在一些小题没有仔细看题。
一、基础不扎实，掌握知道不牢固，主意集中体现在选择题方面如：1、5、6、10、16、17还有综合题21四张图，22黄河的发源地和流入海洋错误情况也较明显。
二、考试态度问题不严谨，许多同学没有认真对待考试，从其做题试卷表面就能体现出来，字迹了草随便，做题答非所问，乱七八糟。思想品行差。
三、做题不仔细认真，粗枝大叶如：6、10选出错误的答案；21题让你写出序号；22题（2）标出河口孟津等
四、应变能力差，思维扩展力不足。如选择题1-4题，关于平和的；21题湖北的地图轮廓不会跟其（3）联想起来，23题（3）“正在兴建的b是水电站”，这边没有画一个下横线学生就没有做，全年级没有一个学生这个有做。这说明学生的思想应变能力不足，没有用心去做题，看题审题。

1.创造性理解使用教材
认真研究课程标准，创造性理解使用教材。要结合本地区、本学校的实际和学生的特点，对教材进行适当的.更新、调整、删减和补充，对教材知识讲授力求全面，让学生理解，学以致用，切忌照本宣科。
2.要创设学生自主学习的空间
充分调动学生的学习的积极性，学会自律学习，学会自觉学习，学会创意学习，要从课堂上课外生活上引导他们爱上地理。所以在课堂教学中“多一丝关怀，少一分责难”“多一些探讨，少一点讲解”“多一些自主，少一些灌输”。

县教育局__年工作总结会刚开完，2024年元旦就到了，校长传达了县教育工作总结会议精神。我们学校被评为县教育工作先进单位。
其中中考一块成绩较为突出。
我所任的初三政治，年年参加中考，满分为30。
__年我校两个教学班约70个学生，去了辍学的学生，最后参加中考的实有学生42人。42个学生中38人取得了满分(30分)，另四名学生一名29.5分，其他三名均29分(陈昭、张利等学生)。
县教育部门每年年底都要按中考升学率、学科成绩，把各乡镇中学、各学科的任教老师排出名次(县城外乡镇30所中学在一起排名)。我们学校在全县排第五名，各学科名次分别为：物理第三名，化学第四名，数学、语文、政治、体育排名第五，外语全县排第六名(学科总分除以学生在籍数)，学校几十元不等奖励了我们。学校又用“学科总分除以学生的参考数”的方法排了一下名次，我的政治学科在全县排名第二。学校又给了我几十元的奖励(奖励前五名，我是受奖者)。学校小，财政紧张，其实给不给“奖金”并不重要，关键是作为一名老教师没有“职业倦怠”、没有不前不后“随大流”，打发日子，混到退休最为重要。我多年来的中考政治成绩在全县一直名列前茅，有付出就会有回报。老教师无心于年轻教师争持(先、优、模几乎与我们无缘)，只是证明自己“廉颇老矣，尚能用饭”罢了。

二宾语从句
1宾语从句的学习要注意三个方面
第一：语序：在宾语从句中，一律用___________。
如where does she live? ( do you know?) ----do you know where she lives?
___几个特殊的'特殊疑问句
which is the way to the nearest shop?/ what’s wrong with you?/ what’s up?/ what’s the matter?
这几个特殊疑问句本身就是陈述语序，在宾语从句中不需调整语序。
第二：时态; 1）如果主句是___________，宾语从句时态根据实际情况而定.

语文学科我的第三道题，下列四组分别有1个错别字，那题写错了，明明是送分题，老师布置了不知道有多少遍了，谁知我们还是错，真是不应该，就该对我们应该有些惩罚措施，这样第一长长记性，第二就是要悔过自新，平时的种种表现，考试的时候呢，就全部展现出来了，另外，第四题，古代诗文名句填空，天呢，要不就是字写错了，要不就是子混了，唉，平时没有记得扎实，结果就是这样子了第七题，例句是看明白了，关键就是诚信两字我竟然没看见，真是相当的郁闷啊。作文和阅读题十分非常严重，作文时因为字迹的问题，写的“马上飞”。下次考试一定不犯这种超级低级错误。
数学学科填空题有几道是不应该错的，老师都讲过了，说应该看右边的，我结果看成左边的了，结果导致错误，然后就是解题，就是有一道题是根号8，应该滑到最简的，应该是二倍根二的，结果5分没了，还有就是第七题啊貌似是，应该是“大于等于”我写成“大于”了，结果也导致了粗心也写错。

首先我要改掉考试不细心读题目的坏习惯。有时候我往往看着题目前面就顺手把后面的问题写上了，但是却错了很多。这也许也和答题技巧有关系。总之，通过以后的练习，我一定要在考试的过程之中认真审题，自习读题，把题目看准、看好。时间允许的时候要多检查几遍，绝对不允许自己再犯类似于这样的无谓的错误。
其次，我还要加强语文、数学、英语三门主科以及政治、历史、地理、生物和物理的习题强化。通过考试，我终于明白山外有山，人外有人。平日大家都聚在一起做一样的题目，感觉不出来有什么明显的差异。可是一当考试，才发现原来那么多考试题目是我从来看都没看过的(你就先编着吧)。只怪自己买的练习题做的`少。不能允许自己再继续这样下去，所以，我一定要加倍努力，从这次考试之中汲取教训，增加力量，为下一次考试做好准备，打好基础。
考试技巧贵在练习。生活之中，我还要多多加强自己的练习和复习，考试之前制定周详的复习计划，不再手忙脚乱，没有方向。平日生活学习中学会积累，语文积累好词好句，数学也要多积累难的题目，英语则是语法项目。对做完形填空等练习题也是提高英语的好方法。
期中考试毕竟不是期末考试，我还是有机会的。下一次考试，我要更努力，争取不让老师、家长和同学们失望。不让自己失望。
对于各科老师，我希望老师不要对我失去信心，虽然我这次考得并不理想，但是我相信自己的实力。下一次考试，我一定会努力的！
初中生期中考试总结
紧张而急促的期中考试结束了，在成绩公布的同时，我的心情也是波澜起伏，剩下的就是总结与反思。
我很清楚，这次考试不是很理想，语文有几题还是以前做过的，但还是错了，实在是不应该，我以后一定要吸取经验教训，一定会仔细一点的，我相信我下次会考得更好！请老师相信我！就语文试卷来看，应该说难度不是很大，活的能力题目较多，尤其是基础部分的语言能力题占这部分的50%。阅读与写作也不是过难的。阅读能力非常薄弱，得分率没有超过72%。另外还比较粗心，比如在我的试卷上，一道题的列式正确，可最后的计算却错了，痛失了分。这种现象也不是第一次发生了，所以一定不能马虎，不能掉以轻心，否则后悔莫及。
在各科成绩当中，我的英语考的最差，其中听力、句型转换是最薄弱的。所以，我想我可以利用周末的时间，做一些听力、句型的题目，来提高我的英语成绩。我想纸上谈兵是不够的，我应该从现在做起，施行我的计划。还需要持之以恒的精神，这也是最重要的一点，我想如果我做到了这一点，我的英语成绩一定能考的更好。
这次考试之所以没有考好，总结原因如下：
1 平时没有养成细致认真的习惯，考试的时候答题粗心大意、马马虎虎，导致很多题目会做却被扣分甚至没有做对。
2 准备不充分。“不打无准备之仗。”言外之意，无准备之仗很难打赢，我却没有按照这句至理名言行事，导致这次考试吃了亏。
3 没有解决好兴趣与课程学习的矛盾。今后力争解决这个问题。上课认真听讲，课后认真完成作业，力争下次取得理想的成绩。
这次考试虽然没有考好，但是我相信，我只要照着我上面写的学习方法做，我的成绩一定会变好。世上无难事，只怕有心人。我相信，我一定能成功！

期中考试总算在辛苦地复习、考试中结束了。成绩还好，但并不是自己理想中地成绩。
英语考得还好，就是都败在听力上。被整整扣了五分。
老师说了，这次听力是在我们练习听力的书上抽出来考的，听完懊悔死了。看来，在听力这方面，我还需要加强，多练，多听。
数学考得不是很好。很多都错在计算上，还有一题是太乱，没算出来。
所以以后考数学的时候一定要格外仔细计算，做题思路要认真，理清。物理也是考得不错的科目。
这次分为机考、笔试两部分。笔试只扣了一分，考得挺好。
重点在机考。也就是填空、选择方面扣了3分，这些需要搞明白，为什么错，要怎么做，防止下次犯同样的错误。
政治考得不大理想。选择_只错一题。
而分析题扣了较多分数。说明这是我的薄弱之处，需要改善，加强。
要做到上课认真听讲，做好笔记。考试答题全面、清楚。
尽量准确，避免因细节丢分。语文这次没有进行期中测验，但这并不代表可以放松。
因为这样等到期末考试时会更加“杀”你个措手不及。所以，从现在就要开始抓紧背诵、整合。
上面时我考完期中考试对各科目的反思、总结。这次我的期中考试成绩还算一般，自己觉得可以发挥得更好。
但是必须做好以上提及的极端不足之处。在这段时间，取长补短，好好学习，力争上游。
争取在期末考试考出更理想的成绩。
